Front office Department is main point which is located at the front part of hotel.The major work of front office department is to reserve rooms, receive calls, register the nae and all sorts of thing required of guest abd give all source of information and suggestion to the guest.At Hotel Country Villa all the reception register, information, cash reservation was located at front desk of hotel and lobby is located at the front desk.At the entrance door of Hotel Country Villa, there is a bell boy who greet all the guest who comes to visit hotel.

On the side of front desk there is is notice board where all types of information required for guest was situated.There are different kinds of cards, mesages slip, room resercation slip and check in and check out slip were used during the stay of guests.

Food Production Department is responsible for the preperation of foods item.At Country Villa dinner is prepared as hygienic food well balanced foods, nutritious and tasty and flavourful foods.At Country Villa Kitchen is smaller.There is not much chief and helpers on kitchen.All the staff on the kitchen department is well dressed and alll are on uniforms.There is many thing on kitchen to cook dishes like oran, steamer, dish washing machine, chopping board, griller, etc.
